Solwezi-Kyawama Residents Riot After Local authority Burns the Market

The residents of Kyawama compound have rioted and rooted goods in the Indian business men shops. Based on reports the residents we woken to a surprise when the local authority decided to burn down the makeshift stands and shops in the quest to keep hygiene.
It is believed that the local authority acted without prior notification to the marketeers. While the citizens where asleep the local authority security guard in conjunction with the police decided to clean up the market by burning all goods and makeshift shops. The angered the people hence took the law in their own hands.
Based on the reports from people on the ground gun shots were heard.
