Lack of Parent participation

On the 14th of June l came across children picking things to play from a waste dump in the morning around 10am and parents are failing to make sure that children play where it is safe and clean environment, their health is at risk for it is not a place to play and even when adults see them picking up things they turn a blind eye although l tried to talk to them but they only looked at me then continued with what they looking for, when these kids play parents don’t even know where their kids play if they are safe nor have eaten something, my worry is these kids are exposed to many sicknesses and they may be exposed to the pandemic.
