During the Level 3 Lockdown Regulations fellow 3 Business People from our Village in their Youth Stages were consulting with the Land Department at the RBA. They were given 200% support from the Department due to their Business Proposal, as it was one of a kind; they were told. Fast Forward to Level 1 early this year, they started to bid around the bush by making short stories a long story.

We suspect that the Head of the Department took a bribe because a source revealed that a Highly recommended Business Person and a Councilor are busy pushing the same proposal proposed by the young entrepreneurs. It is unfair because emails are there to prove that the proposal was handed to the RBA Land Department and the Stakeholder which the proposal is directed to. The RBA, Councilor, Businessman, and the Stakeholders are all in this together because an investigation by a source proves the connection between all the parties
