Translation

It is very painful to see youth doing bad things. I visited my neighbour after seeing her throwing baby diapers in the nearby donga. When it is raining they are going to be all over the place.

I spoke to the young lady trying to show her that throwing baby diapers away is polluting the area.

She agreed and I told her to  dry them and burn. She dug a hole and throw them in the hole with other waste. When I asked her why does she throw the baby diapers away, she said that they take time to dissolve and fillup the toilet. I advice her not to throw them away because they pollute the area.
