Tailing mine dump a slow killer

Tailing mine dump contains seriouse chemicals such as uranium . these are a radiaoactive and cause a disaster to the environmenment. Our health and welbeing being compromised even our animals are in danger.

Last month the was a terrible incident which happened in one of the tailing dumps in Krugersdorp . Young girls were raped by zama-zama while shooting a music video in the tailing . These tailings are only causing more harm and are a threat to the community, destroying lives and causing psychological damage to the community.

The is no beauty in these mountains which are surrounding us as communities because of mining. We are stil living in impoverished communities suffering the after effects of mining which does not even benefit our people. We want these uranium dumps to be removed from our communities because the life we are living is oppression.
