Jagersfontein leadership is aloof

JAGERSFONTEIN LEADERSHIP ALOOF

 

As the people of Jagersfontein we lost hope in the leadership of the ANC. We don’t see

things getting better anymore. Since 1994, after we achieved democracy, meetings were hosted

regularly without any fruitful results for the people. Elections were held during different times

and periods, but nothing for us. We are still crying and mourning because of tough life, now for

me and the sake of our people. I think it’s high time we change the board and system for life.

 

As the Jagersfontein community, we are very perturbed to see how the ANC is struggling to

lead the country. It was meant to benefit white people and exclude black people. We are still

asking ourselves why they dug such a big hole in our town, and why our parents were the ones

who were supposed to be slaves. Things don’t just happen in our lives but its through God, now

the time has come for the ones on top to go down and the ones who are at the bottom to rise to

the top. That is how God created life.

 

If we can go back to the TRC, you will clearly see how the administration was not for black

people. And recently we had the Zondo commission, which also clearly displayed how this

administration was meant to exclude poor people. We really need serious intervention to bring

back law and order throughout the society, and we think for us to vote the president must come

to us first to address our challenges.
