Thuto drives the fight against hunger and poverty in the community.

Fighting hunger in the community is Thuto’s biggest role in Snake Park. Once a month, Thuto distributes food parcels to the elderly, children, and unemployed youth. They also serve soup kitchens 3 times a week because they want to fight hunger and help the people who are in need.

Once some community members get the sms to come and collect the food parcel at Thuto, the soup kitchen also opens 3 times a week. Thuto needs more sponsors so that there will be no shortage of food. The government must intervene by distributing the food to the community and community members who can help. Having enough food or taking enough food home is a good thing because some take food for their family members, and it also prevents them from eating in the dustbins or stealing, only trying to get food.
