Ex-miners receive skills after VSP (voluntarily separate package )

After the  Twickenham  mine in Limpopo, Sekhukhune  forced their employees  to take VSP the employees are now being trained for different machine skills like LHD, UV, Dump truck and Fork lift. Here are some  of employees who are training for driver’s licence code 10 and 14. When I spoke to some of them they say they are happy  because  the mine take them to different skill as part of their VSP agreement this cost R15000-00.is this a bribe for ex-miners or what. And they  said ” We are still  waiting  for the  jobs they promised  by the mine. I hope the mine will  deliver the all promises.
