This is a powerful line; this power line is here Modimolle village out site of Burgersfort so this power line is affected me because is in my home yard & is very closely with house so did I tried to communicate with the contractor cause I was ask him that how is dangerous it is & please remove your power line in my home yard so he refused to do it then I was don’t have a chance to let him go on with his job then I have been with a one choice so I started to do my rights of section 23 by myself, he did to report me to Chief E.W Mashabala then they sent me in prison then after they called my mom to come from Pretoria when she arrived home some strangers was with community leadership & they meet with mom so when I was still in prison they asked my mom to remove her yard & house & they give my mom R3000,00 by the hand in the envelope then the contractor he did his job nice & the power line is going to Modikwa platinum mine & other mines.
