Protest over electricity cut

On my way to Vosman around Emalahleni I found that communities of Ext 10 have blocked road since from 06h00 because they don’t have electricity since Sunday, I asked them what did the councillor says about that they said he was here and promised that he will be back to them by 09h00, while still standing there,a police bakkie and a combie arrived and they dispersed the croud with rubber bullets
In addition, this happened in all the extensions of Emalahleni from Tuesday to Thursday whereby the electricity was off without any reason until in zone14, ext 9 also took it to the street and burnt tires, wood, waste etc.
