Children still play soccer during the Lockdown

I have identified children estimated to be around age 8 and 14 playing soccer during this life threatening period. It shows that their parents are well with it and see it as just normal.
Parents should be made to know that this is all our risk and must take a proper keeping of their children during this difficult times. The law enforcement must normalize penetrating within the streets during their controlling times because many dangerous contravening acts are found in there.
