We really experienced a true reflections of our leaders during this stressing period of Covid 19. Social Grants and Food Parcels used to loot public funds. Almost all leadership are painted with corruption activities from billions donated to South Africa. MEC’s, Premiers, Mayor’s and Councillors are in a hot water because of corruption done in this difficult times, they have awarded tenders to their relatives, families, friends, comrades and colleagues. E.g. PPE tenders in Limpopo and housing tenders.

The good plan to deal with this culture is to monitor public funds and enforce accountability. Access of information must be open to communities. Once there is allegations against government officials for corruption, she or he must be treated as a corrupt servant by facing the law. Poor communities are suffering but protecting the culprits.
