Community policing forums

Bongani Dladla

The CPF is to establish a partnership between police and the communities they serve to ensure effective protection of communities

In my community in Snake Park Block 5, our CPF has received a great opportunity where they could get full training to become a police officer because of the good work that they doing they truly deserve it. Our Kasi heroes wake up at 4 am to protect our street and our families

They just received uniforms and big lights and push-to-talk Radios now they can be able to communicate with the police and also communicate with other members. Everyone is allowed to come and learn about the community policing forums, the constitution of each community policing forum has its constitution that explains how the forum works and an executive committee. Mandla Zwane a member of Snake Park CPF explains to us their aims and visions
