Health care

Happiness Koma

Magobading Village has no clinic and they are only dependent on one clinic it’s expensive because they spend R50 for transport to get there. The informal villages are asking the government to provide them with one mobile clinic that is closer to the community.

They all left saying they were going to lunch they would still be going to leave at 13h00 and come back at 14:30 sometimes when they come back you will hear them saying we will call you those to work at 15h00 and then at 17h00 they stop saying it’s time to go home. We thought it best to write home base care a letter to ask for a mobile because in other countries they have been coming for a long time like in Moshira and Seokodibeng Village.

The mobile people never had their problem they said we should find a place where they would help us. And now we get children’s medicines nearby and there is no issue of the child running by the scale. We still ride mobile he comes to our house every week. Every Wednesday we thank the miners who just built the buildings now we are there to use the same buildings. And our children who needed time to get the pills they wanted. You just register your name and file number and they bring them the life of the first child.

They come with everything there is nothing they leave we are there and test there then if you find out that you are OK they help you and the elders of  Ga Phala you just come with his letter they give you the medicines. They help with community-based care in our community and their services are very confidential so people won’t know what you are feeling.
