The shortage of nursing staff and the new data-capturing system also caused a loss of files.

Many patients came to the clinic to get their medication and attend their appointments. The problem is that the services are too slow from the outside when they get inside the clinic yard. Many people arrive as early as possible so that they finish early, but in those processes they are too slow, and misplacement of files delays the procedure.
Mrs Fikile Maru, aged 60 years old, was complaining about the services she got from the clinic, She arrived at 7 am then they opened at 8am to start to work and She followed their procedure by registering their names at the help desk then waiting to be called at the Acute room where they take weight, height, blood pressure, sugar, diabetes and other urine tests.
Mrs Maru says nurses take their time doing their things and the thing that bothers her is the time she arrives at the reception to be registered on the system they cant find her files then she needs to wait for a long time again. The thing that bored her is that patients who came after her went through to the nurse room for medical treatment while shes waiting for her file. She told me that she’s going to come to the clinic after 12 pm because she knows nurses will be fast, as it will be
knock-off time.
The patients were complaining about the services they get from the clinic, and there is also a complaint box, but I never hear or see anyone attending to it.
If the management or the superiors can improve their system and give more training to staff, staff must also have passion to do their work. The estimated time to wait must follow those rules. Computer knowledge is important.
