Today 30/01/2018 Maotsi community together with Serafa,Ga-mashabela and Ga-Makgopa Livestock owners gathered at Morapaneng.

After the meeting that was held with the mine today farmers came with their evidence to claim compensation from the mine for their livestock that died in the mine stream. It was a progressive meeting even when the mine sent the juniors but Farmers believe that justice will be served. The next meeting was scheduled to February for the report back on when to expect compensation and what mine will do with the cases that has not been reported to them. By Mathapelo Thobejane
