HEALTH SCREEN SURVEY MEETING

On 21/06/2018 we had a first meeting in Sekhukhune, Morapaneng Nursery with David and Eric from Benchmarks Foundation about the Health Survey and research methodology.  The participants were communities from different sections in Atok and Magakala area under the SCMAC (Sekhukhune Combined Mining Affected Communities) , Mmalingine Corruption Watch and SEJN (Sekhukhune Environmental Justice Network). This is the first leg of great work that communities will participate to know more about their surroundings and what’s happening in their communities and it will also gives communities knowledge on some issues that they are facing and help to make the argument stronger after the survey has been conducted.  Sekhukhune is ready to go and engage household about the issues might have by so doing the above mentioned organization will gain more experience and knowledge what to-do about the results.
