HOUSE CRACKING AND SHORTAGE OF WATER AT MONAMETSE

Today when we were busy doing healthy survey at Monametse village we found the paining issue. The Phasha family they’re experiencing house creaking long time ago and the mine said they will fix it even today they are still waiting, Mrs Phasha said now is time of wind and they afraid that they’re roof will fly. While still busy doing Healthy survey we found people gathering at Tap for fetching water. They were men who were doing that, they said the water came once a week from Dam that made by Fetakgomo Municipality around 2005-2006. What is there the community said, where there’s a Dam people dig chrome there we are afraid because a chrome is very dangerous What if some of the chemicals of chrome goes in the dam and our municipality doesn’t come to purify/ samples the water in the dam.
