Illegal dumping seems to be strong in this country as everywhere I go I come across this bad smell from people creating illegal dumps anytime, anywhere and anyhow.
People are lacking knowledge concerning the dumping and the health of everyone around it.
Some people when dumping they complain about service delivery by the local government. People say they can’t stay with rotten stuffs in their homes that is why they create their own dumping sites .
